Megan Williams is a Fisheries Scientist in Ocean Conservancy’s Arctic Program. Megan works on issues related to conservation in the Arctic and Alaska, regional Fishery Management Councils, ecosystem-based management and climate-ready fisheries. Megan earned her PhD from the University of Alaska College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences in Juneau and her MAS in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Megan is based in California for the time being and loves skiing and exploring the mountains with her husband, their two crazy boys and their dog Loki.
