Nayyir Ransome

Nayyir Ransome is Ocean Conservancy’s ‪Port Community Liaison in the Southern Louisiana Region. Nayyir earned a B.A. in Creative Writing and African & African-American Studies from Louisiana State University. They bring to the team 12 years of experience in arts education, social justice and advocacy. Their genuine desire to connect with people and connect people with resources gives them the unique ability to build trust with diverse communities.
