Sanjay Pingle (he/him) currently serves as a board member of Everly Health. Prior to this, he served as CEO of PWNHealth from 2015 until its merger with Everlywell in 2021. As CEO of PWNHealth, Sanjay carried out the company’s mission of providing safe and easy access to diagnostic testing and professional guidance that empowers individuals to improve their health. The company’s suite of services enabled a broad spectrum of health industry clients to provide seamless consumer access to diagnostic testing and related care interventions. Sanjay previously served as president of Physicians Interactive Holdings (PIH). PIH was acquired by Merck in 2013 while Sanjay served as president. Earlier in his career, Sanjay was EVP and cofounder of Medsite, an industry-leading pharmaceutical marketing firm. He was instrumental in Medsite raising $85 million from blue-chip investors. He was part of the team that led and negotiated Medsite’s 2006 sale to WebMD. In 2004, Sanjay received the World Business Forum Entrepreneurship award. Sanjay holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
