Mr. Henn currently serves as Illinois Tool Works’ (ITW) Group President Specialty Products, where he manages a diverse global portfolio of industrial companies. Mr. Henn’s primary responsibilities and expertise are in evaluating business platforms from a performance and future fit perspective, making any necessary enhancements that will allow the businesses to not only perform to expectations but thrive in a dynamic environment.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Henn is also involved in a number of philanthropic causes and serves on the boards of Junior Achievement and Ocean Conservancy. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of the Beer Institute.

Personal Connection to the Ocean

I grew up on an Island in the Seattle area and spent my entire childhood, swimming, fishing and boating. I feel it is imperative that we should do whatever it takes to preserve nature, especially the ocean for the future.
