Thais (Ty) Stiklorius (she/her) is CEO of the management/impact firm Friends at Work, an Emmy Award-winning producer and cofounder of Get Lifted Film Company. Ty began her successful career as a music manager, whose clients include EGOT-winning artist John Legend and four-time Grammy nominee Charlie Puth. Ty launched Friends at Work in 2015, combining traditional management services with social activism and helping artists, brands and thought leaders flourish by using their power and platform to create positive change. In partnership with John Legend, Ty launched the FREEAMERICA campaign to influence the national conversation regarding mass incarceration and prosecutor integrity and secure the right to vote for formerly incarcerated people. She has produced a number of films under the Get Lifted banner, including the November 2023 release of the MAX documentary “Stand Up and Shout,” which follows Philadelphia’s Hill Freedman Academy. She and the Get Lifted executives were recognized as Changemaker Honorees at the 2023 Greenwich Film Festival. She has been featured in Fast Company’s Most Creative People List and named one of the most powerful women in music by Billboard. Ty holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
