To create the gap analysis report, Ocean Conservancy first compiled this extended inventory of nearly 700 past and existing long-term monitoring efforts in the Gulf. This inventory is available on NOAA’s Environmental Response Management Application (ERMA) website, in the layers table on the right, under “Restoration” > “Ocean Conservancy Gap Analysis.”
