Adri Lacerda serves as Ocean Conservancy’s Vice President of Operations, overseeing IT, Information Systems and legal compliance. In addition, Adri is a member of the Future of Work Steering Committee, helping Ocean Conservancy determine the post-pandemic return-to-work policies.

Over the past three decades, Adri has managed finances, operations, IT and compliance for complex, multimillion-dollar projects. Her work has benefited organizations with missions associated with the environment and climate adaptation, higher education and global health. Adri has a profound passion for people management and process improvement and has demonstrated expertise in establishing systems and processes that expedite workflows, improve compliance and maximize resources.
