Denise Godreau (she/her) serves as executive in residence at KSL Capital, where she established a Center of Excellence in Performance Marketing and advises hospitality companies on revenue development. Formerly, Denise served as a senior branding and marketing executive at Disney Parks, SeaWorld Entertainment, Holiday Inn Club Vacations and Baha Mar Resort in the Bahamas. Throughout her career, she has led environmental and diversity programs, focusing on the establishment of measurable and visible goals to drive lasting change. Denise currently serves on the advisory boards for Discover Puerto Rico and the University of Central Florida Business School. She received Disney’s VoluntEar of the Year Award for her leadership of Freedom Ride, a nonprofit organization providing horseback riding for individuals with disabilities. She was named 2003 Hispanic Professional of the Year by the Orlando Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and was recognized as one of the 2008 “Top 100 under 50 Executive and Emerging Leaders” by Diversity MBA magazine. Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
