Todd is the Fishery Monitoring Specialist for Ocean Conservancy. Todd’s work is focused on what, why and how data are collected from commercial and recreational fisheries. His motto at work is: robust data makes for robust policy. Based in Austin, TX, much of his recent work has been centered on integration of electronic technology into recreational fishery survey programs. When not obsessively pouring over survey designs, Todd can be found fishing or brewing beer.
