Troy Templeton (he/him) joined Trivest in 1989, and as managing partner, leads resource allocation, portfolio oversight, limited partner relations and overall firm administration. During his tenure at Trivest, he has led the origination, structuring and financing of more than 50 acquisitions and exits. In addition, Troy created many of Trivest’s key differentiators and plays an active role in Trivest’s unique marketing programs. He is a member of Trivest’s Investment Committee and has served as chairman or board member of numerous Trivest companies including Columbus Recycling, National Auto Care, Northfield Industries, and Pelican Water Systems. Prior to joining Trivest, Troy served in various capacities with Southeast Bank, N.A. in Miami. He is on the board of Junior Achievement Miami. He received a bachelor’s in business administration and MBA from Stetson University.
