Catherine is the Gulf of Mexico Fish Policy Analyst at Ocean Conservancy. Catherine is a second generation fisheries biologist native to Saint Petersburg, Florida. She got her Master’s at the USF College of Marine Science studying the reproductive biology of snook. Catherine spent a decade working with the NOAA Fisheries Southeast Regional Office in work focused on catch shares, community engagement and annual catch limits. Catherine’s passion is community engagement in fisheries issues using art and visual media as forms of communication.
