Roya Fox

Roya is a Senior Communications Manager at Ocean Conservancy, under the Trash Free Seas Program and focused on the Plastics Initiative and Global Ghost Gear Initiative. Originally from the Seattle area, she has always loved the ocean and been an environmentalist since before she had a word for it. Some of her fondest childhood memories include crouching over Pacific tidepools, watching fish swim around anemones and looking for little crabs. She is fluent in French and Spanish, speaks some Portuguese and is beginning to learn Vietnamese.
