For the Love of The Ocean
Senior Policy Analyst
Elizabeth Cerny-Chipman is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Ocean Conservancy’s Fish Conservation Program working on national policy. She is a marine biologist and studied the ecology of rocky coastal tide pools for her Ph.D. at Oregon State University. She grew up in landlocked New Mexico, but she gained a lifelong love and appreciation for the ocean during childhood visits to the Gulf of Mexico and while at college in California. In her free time, she enjoys getting outside and cooking big meals.
